A comprehensive video consultation with Dr. David Mahjoubi, MD, to evaluate your goals, medical history, and determine the right form and dose of Ketamine for you. We offer the nasal spray and three different oral forms (troche, RDT, droplets).
This package also includes your personalized thirty-day treatment protocol, fulfilled by a partner pharmacy (where clinically appropriate); 30 tablets or 240 sprays.

Ongoing Care Membership

What you get:

Unlimited secure messaging with Dr. Mahjoubi
Up to two additional video consultations as needed the first year
Dose adjustments, optimization, and change in the type of Ketamine if needed.
Monthly prescription renewals & priority email access.
After your initial month, your medication is customized to your individual treatment plan and provided directly by the pharmacy. Because patients use different doses and formulations, pricing is individualized to ensure you only pay for what you actually need.
